As a Technical Administrator for the Lifecycle Service (LCS) division at KRONES AG, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global bottling and packaging technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing technical quotes and clarifying orders for electrical spare parts based on customer requests and field service reports. You will act as a vital link between the global service centers and on-site service technicians, providing expert technical advice and troubleshooting support. Additionally, you will manage component obsolescence processes by evaluating and coordinating technical alternatives. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the electrical field with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; alternatively, a University Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience in technical quote preparation and order processing for spare parts
  • Experience in providing technical support and advice to field service technicians
  • Experience in evaluating technical alternatives for discontinued components
  • Professional experience in the automation or packaging machinery industry is preferred
