Job Summary
As a CAD and BIM Structural Organization Specialist at DV Plan GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the architectural planning workflows for a major developer of business parks and shopping centers. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing existing CAD structures, redesigning them to meet current industry standards, and integrating comprehensive BIM data into technical drawings. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a State-Certified Building Technician (Bautechniker) or Draftsperson (Bauzeichner).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a trained State-Certified Building Technician or Draftsperson
- Extensive practical experience and profound knowledge of Allplan CAD software
- Proven expertise in BIM methodology and the integration of BIM data into planning processes
- Experience in developing and adapting technical workflows and standards
- Professional experience in team training and technical consulting
