Job Summary

As an Energy and Building Services Engineer at CITTI Group, you will be a key figure in the construction department, overseeing the technical infrastructure of new builds and commercial properties. Your daily responsibilities include the system administration of building automation systems, managing interfaces between HVAC, electrical engineering, and large-scale refrigeration technology. You will take full responsibility for projects within Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA/MSR) and building management systems, coordinating everything from initial planning to final commissioning. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work closely with external specialist planners and internal departments to analyze control algorithms and troubleshoot system errors.
