Job Summary
This role involves the independent management of construction sites primarily focused on pipeline and civil engineering for drinking water and wastewater systems. As a Construction Manager at Mittelmärkische Wasser- und Abwasser GmbH (MWA), you will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while monitoring construction quality, costs, schedules, and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating daily reports, acceptance protocols, and project documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with technical standards and legal regulations. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering, Pipeline Construction, or Construction Management; alternatively, a State-certified Construction Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Bautechniker).

- Experience in managing construction sites and coordinating subcontractors
- Previous leadership experience is preferred for candidates with a technician background
- Proven experience in construction planning and site monitoring regarding quality and costs
