As the Head of Administration for the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK) North Swabia District Association, you will play a pivotal role in leading administrative operations for an organization with over 450 employees and 2,200 volunteers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading assigned departments, optimizing administrative workflows to increase efficiency and transparency, and providing strategic advice to the District Management and Board.
