This role supports the Head of the Treasury Department, focusing on diverse project management within the department, including IT system transitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project objectives, planning timelines and milestones, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring timely delivery. They will also handle project controlling, reporting, and the maintenance of concession fees and award procedures. Additionally, the position involves researching complex topics, preparing documents for the Head of Office, and acting as a training and safety officer. Required Skills
Education
Civil Servant (3rd Qualification Level) in Administration and Finance (non-technical administrative service) OR Certified Administrative Specialist (BL II) OR Business Administration degree (preferably with Public Management focus) OR Bachelor of Laws OR degree in Law or Economics OR comparable degree
Experience
- Professional experience in project management (basic knowledge required, willingness to quickly learn if limited)
- Experience with digital work processes and standard MS Office applications
