Job Summary

As an Electronics Technician in the After Sales and Spare Parts department at KRONES AG, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational excellence of global bottling plants. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating technical quotes for electrical spare parts, conducting technical analyses of customer inquiries, and evaluating field service reports. You will serve as a key technical advisor for on-site service technicians and LCS centers, helping resolve complex technical issues and participating in obsolescence management to handle discontinued components. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (minimum 3 years). Additional qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) is desirable. Alternatively, a degree in Electrical Engineering is accepted.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a technical field following a minimum 3-year vocational training program
  • Experience in technical analysis and processing of customer-specific inquiries
  • Experience in evaluating assembly and service reports
  • Proficiency in automation technology and electrical planning software is preferred
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office in a professional environment
