Job Summary

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will hold overall technical responsibility for international high-voltage substation projects ranging from 110 kV to 380 kV. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning, coordinating, and monitoring all technical project activities, including the analysis of customer requirements and ensuring their technical implementation. You will lead the design team technically, manage document workflows, and oversee engineering processes while acting as a critical interface between project management, customers, and external partners. This role is unique for its focus on large-scale international energy infrastructure and the opportunity to manage complex, multidisciplinary teams. Required Skills

Education

Completed education in Electrical Engineering (Higher Technical College/HTL, University of Applied Sciences/FH, or University), ideally with a focus on Power Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical project management specifically within high and extra-high voltage sectors (110 kV - 380 kV)
  • Proven experience in the technical leadership of teams and strong social competence
  • Experience in the technical management of international customer projects within multidisciplinary teams and complex interfaces
  • Solid understanding of project execution processes in the high-voltage energy sector
