Job Summary
As a Software Implementation Specialist at dascus, you will play a pivotal role in customizing, configuring, and installing the proprietary EasiPOS point-of-sale software for clients in the bakery, retail, and catering sectors. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration between EasiPOS and internal software components like CSO and SO, collaborating closely with development, sales, and project management teams. You will act as a technical consultant for clients, managing large-scale projects, testing hardware peripherals, and conducting remote or on-site installations within client IT infrastructures. Beyond technical setup, you will create training materials, lead workshops, and provide ongoing technical support and feedback for software optimization. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science (B.A./M.A.) or completed vocational training with an IT focus (e.g., IT Business Management Assistant or IT Specialist for Systems Integration).
Experience
- Professional experience in handling complex software applications

- Practical experience with SQL databases and Python (desirable)
- Experience in the retail sector (desirable)
