Job Summary
This part-time position (20-25 hours/week) offers a pivotal role within a major Bavarian social welfare umbrella organization. You will serve as a key consultant for 160 member organizations, guiding them through complex remuneration and service agreements. Your daily responsibilities include negotiating framework contracts with funding bodies, representing the association's interests in specialist committees, and collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to address financial and legal aspects of social services. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Social Management, or Pedagogy with business administration knowledge.
Experience
- Professional experience in disability assistance or association work

- Proven track record in negotiating service and remuneration agreements
- Experience in representing organizational interests in specialist committees
- Background in moderating working groups and leading goal-oriented discussions
