This role involves leading the customer service and billing department for a vocational training center. As a Team Lead, you will manage day-to-day operations including participant registration via the eM@w interface, contract creation, and social security contribution processing using specialized software like proReha and Dakota. You will be responsible for overseeing monthly performance billing, account clarification, dunning processes, and duty scheduling. The position requires a customer-oriented approach to align internal processes with external requirements while leading a multi-professional team. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training in Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Practical experience with database systems and electronic registration processes
