As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be the on-site expert, providing crucial hardware and software support directly to customers. Your day-to-day will involve setting up and configuring workstations, troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware like computers, monitors, and POS systems, and assisting with IT rollouts and office moves. You'll also be responsible for logging and documenting support tickets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT background, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Required Skills
Education

- Knowledge of standard hardware
