Required Skills
Education
University degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in Health Management, Emergency Services Management, or Public Management with a focus on Quality Management; or certified Quality Management Officer in Emergency Medicine/Rescue Services.
Experience
- Professional experience in emergency medical services or public administration within the EMS sector is preferred
- Experience in developing and maintaining quality management systems and process descriptions
- Experience in collecting and evaluating structural, performance, and quality indicators
- Experience in handling complaints and developing reporting systems
