Job Summary
In this role, you will join a team focused on the planning and execution of construction projects within medium and low-voltage power networks for a major network operator. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing commercial processes such as purchasing, quoting, and deadline monitoring. You will serve as a vital interface between technical staff, procurement, and accounting, while also coordinating with authorities and private landowners regarding permits and regulatory notifications. The position is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys organizational tasks and process support. This role offers a modern work environment in Kolkwitz with a hybrid work model, allowing for home office flexibility after initial training. It provides a stable salary range and the potential for permanent takeover following the initial fixed-term contract.
Required Skills
Education
Degree as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Techniker/Meister), ideally in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, IT Systems Electronics, or Digitalization Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Experience in technical coordination and process support
- Proven background in commercial processes such as ordering and invoicing
- Experience working with authorities and external contractors
Languages
Additional
- The position is initially fixed-term until November 15, 2026, with an option for extension or permanent employment. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Kolkwitz 1-2 days per week after the initial training period.
