Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join a company providing information technology services. The technician will be responsible for delivering advanced services in personal systems, data center, and networking environments. Day-to-day tasks include handling individual incidents and IMAC services (Installation, Move, Add, Change), troubleshooting client-side hardware and software issues, and supporting users with mobile devices. The position also involves configuring and installing PCs, notebooks, and printers, assisting with network problems under remote team guidance, and meticulously documenting all tasks in a ticketing system.
