Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the electrical engineering lifecycle of complex water treatment plant projects across Southern Germany. Day-to-day, you will manage construction supervision, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and quality standards while performing site surveys and invoice auditing. As you integrate into the team, you will take on independent planning responsibilities for electrical systems, instrumentation, and control technology. The position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of field work and technical design. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master/Bachelor), State-Certified Electrical Technician, Master Electrician, or a qualified skilled electrical worker with relevant site management experience.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering or construction management
- Professional experience in planning, construction supervision, or site management within electrical plant engineering
- Experience in creating technical plans and documentation
- Experience handling bills of quantities and project specifications

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required; willingness to travel within the Southern Germany region; residence in or near the Swabia, Black Forest, Lake Constance, or Allgäu regions; eligibility to work from the Lindau office or home office.
