Job Summary

As a Master Electrician for High-Voltage Operations at Hamburger Energienetze GmbH, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and safety of Hamburg's energy distribution network. Your daily responsibilities include performing switching operations, acting as the designated plant operator according to VDE 0105-100 standards, and ensuring operational safety within high-voltage switchgear and substations. You will coordinate both internal and external personnel, issue work permits, and oversee the commissioning of new installations. A significant portion of the role involves troubleshooting and resolving faults across the entire supply area to ensure continuous service. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in performing switching operations (Schaltberechtigung) in high-voltage environments is an advantage
  • Experience in coordinating internal and external staff on-site
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting and fault resolution in power networks
