As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium-Voltage Transformer Stations, you will play a critical role in connecting power generation plants to the distribution grid. Based in Bayreuth, your daily responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle of intelligent transfer stations, from initial bid preparation and budget control to final customer acceptance. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical projects involving remote control and protection technology. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, State-Certified Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to distribution grids
  • Practical experience with low and medium voltage technical connection rules (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Experience in project lifecycle management, including commercial budgeting and technical oversight
  • Background in electrical installation or energy technology systems

German (Fluent)

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is based in Bayreuth with a focus on medium-voltage grid infrastructure.
