Job Summary
As a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer at SBK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital environment for Germany's largest company health insurance provider. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements and solving cross-system challenges within the modern workplace ecosystem. You will be the technical lead for developing, operating, and optimizing platforms centered around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Beyond technical execution, you will coordinate external service providers and manage release, incident, and change processes. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys modeling business processes into infrastructure services and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer within a team. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training (vocational), a degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the operation and development of Modern Workplace platforms
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
- Experience in service provider coordination and vendor management
- Professional background in Release, Incident, and Change Management
- Technical experience in cross-platform troubleshooting and basic network security
