Job Summary
Join the Central IT department of the cantonal administration and take on the challenging role of Microsoft SharePoint Engineer, driving the future of digital collaboration. You will be responsible for the operation, optimization, and continued development of both SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments. A core part of your duties involves leveraging modern automation tools, including creating and maintaining Azure Runbooks and developing Power Automate Flows to streamline business processes. Furthermore, you will manage administration and efficiency through complex PowerShell scripting and ensure robust change management by implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Candidates should possess a strong IT educational background, deep experience with SharePoint platforms, and proficiency in related Microsoft technologies like Entra ID and Windows Server operations. This role offers a stimulating environment where you can apply and expand your technical expertise, working collaboratively on future-oriented solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT education, ideally supplemented by tertiary level training (Higher Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, University) or Microsoft certifications.
Experience
- Fundamental experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (SE)
- Professional experience with Azure Runbooks, Power Automate, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server operations and solid networking knowledge
