Job Summary
As a Chemical Laboratory Technician at SANUM-Kehlbeck, a family-owned pharmaceutical company, you will play a vital role in the quality control department. Your daily responsibilities include performing release analytics and stability testing on various dosage forms, such as injections and tablets, using both physico-chemical and instrumental methods like HPLC and HPAEC. You will be responsible for the GMP-compliant documentation of results in LIMS, troubleshooting analytical methods, and participating in method validation. This position is particularly attractive due to its stable 36.75-hour work week with no shift or weekend work, 30 days of vacation, and a collaborative atmosphere within a medium-sized international firm. You will work directly with modern chromatography software (Empower 3) and contribute to the maintenance of a high-standard SOP system while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality regulations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in physico-chemical and instrumental analytics
- Professional experience within a regulated GMP quality control environment
- Extensive experience with chromatographic methods and pharmacopoeia testing
- Experience in analytical method development and validation
- Proven experience in GMP-compliant documentation and quality assurance measures (OOS, Change Management)
