As a Technical Laboratory Assistant at University Hospital Erlangen, you will play a vital role in high-level medical diagnostics and research within the Department of Nephropathology. Your day-to-day responsibilities focus on the preparation of tissue samples for transmission electron microscopy, which includes the precise production of semi-thin and ultra-thin sections. You will also be responsible for operating the transmission electron microscope and capturing high-quality microscopic images. Experience

  • Previous experience in the field of electron microscopy is an advantage
  • Demonstrated manual dexterity and precision in handling small-scale samples
