Job Summary

As a Project Management and Planning Engineer, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of electrical engineering projects within the Technical Building Equipment department. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of project development, from initial feasibility studies and design planning to the oversight of construction progress and final acceptance. You will be responsible for creating schedules, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and managing the procurement process for construction and engineering services. A significant portion of the role involves controlling project budgets and supervising freelance engineers to ensure technical standards are met. Required Skills
