As an IT Business Analyst specializing in Test Management at BMW AG in Munich, you will take ownership of planning and controlling all testing activities within the Automotive Aftersales environment. Your daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining test strategies at both system and integration levels, conducting detailed test analyses based on technical requirements, and ensuring full traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects using professional tools like Jira/Xray or Azure DevOps. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems
- Practical experience applying agile methods for test planning and risk identification
- Experience in documenting test analyses based on functional and technical requirements
