Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Human Resources and Organization department for the City of Glinde. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will manage onboarding processes, conduct introductory interviews, maintain personnel files, and assist with recruitment efforts, including drafting job advertisements and participating in interviews. Additionally, the role extends into organizational governance and data protection, where you will help maintain service regulations, distribution plans, and support the implementation of a new document management system. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or a completed commercial qualification (e.g., Certified Human Resources Specialist or Specialist in Personnel Services).
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources within a municipal administration or public sector environment is highly desirable
- Experience in personnel recruitment, including conducting interviews and managing job advertisements
- Practical experience in administrative tasks such as file management and correspondence
- Experience or strong interest in IT/EDV and digital document management

- This is a fixed-term, full-time position (39 hours/week) to cover a temporary absence. Applicants must be able to work on-site in Glinde (Stormarn district) with options for mobile work. Preference is given to severely disabled applicants with equal qualifications.
