Job Summary

This role involves working within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment in Dresden, focusing on the maintenance and repair of complex production equipment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day localization of system malfunctions and troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. Beyond reactive repairs, you will perform preventive maintenance, install new systems, and support the modification of existing automation technology. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, performance-based pay above standard rates, and a structured shift model (6 days on, 4 days off) that provides predictable downtime. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery
  • Experience in identifying and resolving malfunctions in electrical and mechanical assemblies
  • Practical experience in installing or modifying technical systems
  • Experience working in a shift-based environment (rolling week schedule)
