As a Business Analyst within the Asset Management division, you will serve as the central point of contact for technical and functional processes related to client reporting solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing business requirements, designing innovative data-driven solutions, and creating essential documentation such as user stories and process diagrams. You will operate within an agile domain team, acting as a vital bridge between business departments and IT developers to manage the reporting roadmap. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who want to shape strategic developments in a traditional yet innovative banking environment. The position offers significant creative freedom, a structured onboarding program through a mentorship concept, and the flexibility of mobile working, including within the EU. You will be responsible for coordinating tests, moderating stakeholder workshops, and ensuring the successful implementation of business services from analysis to final realization.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional and project experience in the financial sector (e.g., Asset Management, KVG, Banking) or Consulting
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in the fields of BI, Reporting, or Data Analytics
- Practical experience in agile collaboration environments
- Experience in creating documentation such as user stories and process diagrams
