Job Summary

Join a high-tech team at Kappa optronics, a global leader in developing and manufacturing innovative camera and vision systems for demanding sectors like Aviation, Defense, and Automotive. This role involves the full lifecycle of FPGA development, from implementing complex image signal and data processing algorithms in VHDL to integrating FPGAs IPs for memory control and data transmission. You'll be responsible for simulating and verifying VHDL designs using automated testbenches and debugging with embedded FPGA IP-Cores. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems, coupled with initial experience in FPGA design workflows, including VHDL, simulation, integration, and verification. You should also possess strong communication and teamwork skills, a high degree of commitment, and a keen interest in developing functionally safe image processing systems.
