Job Summary

As an IT Systems Engineer at Mpire, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and strategic development of a hybrid IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day activities involve managing VMware environments, SAN, and network components (LAN/WAN, Firewall, VPN) while taking ownership of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. A significant portion of the role focuses on modernizing cloud security through the implementation of MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection. You will also lead or contribute to infrastructure projects and provide high-level 2nd-level support. This position is particularly attractive due to its blend of on-premise and cloud technologies, offering the chance to shape the digital backbone of the RIVA Group.
