Job Summary
This is a high-level opportunity for a Tax Consultant to join a regional tax and auditing firm with approximately 30 employees across Passau and Regensburg. In this role, you will take independent responsibility for a portfolio of medium-sized corporate clients, handling complex tax matters and working interdisciplinary across departments. Beyond technical tax work, you will lead and train a dedicated team, support business development through client acquisition, and help drive the firm's ongoing digitalization strategy. Required Skills
Education
Certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberater) or candidate for the professional exam
Experience
- Successfully passed the German Tax Consultant Exam (Steuerberaterprüfung) or currently nearing completion
- Several years of professional experience using DATEV software
- Professional experience in the independent management of corporate client portfolios
- Experience in leading and training staff members
- Proven experience in handling complex tax matters
