Required Skills
Education
Certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberater) qualification or equivalent professional exam status
Experience
- Successfully passed the German Tax Consultant Exam (Steuerberaterexamen) or nearing completion
- Several years of professional experience using DATEV software
- Professional experience in advising medium-sized companies (Mittelstand)
- Experience in handling complex tax matters and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Leadership experience or potential to lead and develop a team
