Job Summary
The Thuringian State Office for Construction and Transport (TLBV) is seeking a dedicated HVAC Engineer to join their Building Services department in Erfurt. This role involves the comprehensive preparation, engineering, planning, and execution of construction projects, specifically focusing on heating, ventilation, cooling, water, and wastewater systems, often integrated with Building Information Modeling (BIM). The successful candidate will oversee project progress, ensure compliance with contractual, construction, and budgetary regulations, and manage external contractors. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor's) in Supply Engineering, Supply and Environmental Engineering, Supply and Building Services Engineering, Thermal Energy Technology and Supply Systems, Laboratory Technology, Constructive Mechanical Engineering, or related fields OR State-certified Technician in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology, Building System Technology, or related fields
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and construction supervision of technical building systems
- Practical experience in handling BIM projects (BIM Management, BIM Coordination, Project Management, or BIM Planning)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance for access to classified information (§ 7 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 Thüringer Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz)
- Willingness to undertake business trips within Thuringia
- Class B driving license
- Physical mobility to access non-barrier-free construction sites
