This full-time, permanent role involves providing direct onsite and remote technical support within a modern TechLounge environment in Bonn. As a key member of a large-scale infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of user support, including floorwalking, ticket management via ServiceNow, and hardware provisioning. You will manage Windows, macOS, and iOS devices while utilizing enterprise tools like Azure AD and Intune for user management. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys direct user interaction and wants to work in a high-standard digital environment.
