Job Summary
As an ERP Process & Application Manager at Scoretex, you will be the central point of contact for the 'FashionXL' ERP system and its integrated applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve capturing and prioritizing requirements from various departments, designing system optimizations, and ensuring a stable operating environment through proactive monitoring and error analysis. You will lead the planning and rollout of system updates, provide user support and training, and develop new business processes from initial concept to production. A significant part of the role includes creating structured documentation for processes and interfaces. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of autonomy, the opportunity to work with international fashion brands, and flexible working arrangements including mobile work options and customizable weekly hours ranging from 20 to 38.5 hours.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience working with ERP systems, specifically in operations, support, or process design.
- Experience with Comarch-based ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in documenting processes, system adjustments, and test cases.
- Professional background in mapping business processes such as purchasing, sales, logistics, or production within an IT environment.
