Job Summary

As the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager, you will lead a specialized engineering team within Artelia's Industry Engineering department. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the technical and organizational management of electrical systems and instrumentation for large-scale industrial projects. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, and specification of electrical plants, ensuring all technical documentation meets international standards and client requirements. A significant portion of the role involves interdisciplinary collaboration with process and mechanical engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery. What makes this position unique is the blend of strategic leadership—including resource planning and budget management—with high-level technical oversight in sectors like chemicals, petrochemistry, and energy. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Electrical & Instrumentation, preferably in industrial or plant construction projects
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop teams technically and organizationally
  • Professional experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or energy sectors
  • Extensive experience in interdisciplinary project coordination
