Job Summary
As a Junior Project Manager at Leadec, you will serve as the regional point of contact for Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint governance within the North-East business unit. Your daily responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, as well as optimizing Power Automate Cloud flows. You will be instrumental in integrating Dataverse sources and managing SharePoint site structures and permissions. Beyond technical development, you will drive progress by training end-users, creating performance reports, and supporting the Service Process Excellence team during system rollouts. This role is unique for its blend of technical development and strategic project management within a global industrial services leader. You will act as a bridge between global IT guidelines and local operational needs, ensuring that digital solutions are documented, transparent, and effectively utilized across various sites. The position offers high visibility through community platform support and regional performance reporting.
Required Skills
Education
Ideally a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification; mandatory PL-200 certification (Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate).
Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft Power Platform administration and development
- Experience in the implementation of complex IT tools specifically within field service environments
- Professional background in the industrial services sector is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Leadec-specific management systems
- Proven experience in user training and creating support documentation
