As an Inhouse IT Consultant specializing in Requirements Management, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of North Rhine-Westphalia's official statistics. Working within the 'IT for Statistics' service bundle, you will act as a strategic bridge between technical IT departments and specialized business units. Your daily responsibilities include conducting workshops and interviews to capture client needs, evaluating the technical and strategic feasibility of requests, and developing comprehensive functional concepts for project management. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Fachhochschule) in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or a related IT field; alternatively, a qualification as an Operative Professional or extensive relevant IT work experience. IREB certification and Scrum certification (or equivalent) are required.
Experience
- At least 3 years of practical experience in IT-related consulting and requirements management
- Professional experience in conducting workshops and interviews for requirement gathering
- Experience in bridging communication between IT and business departments
- Desirable: Experience within official statistics or working with public sector clients
