Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will play a vital role in the technical support and maintenance of medical-technical devices. Your daily responsibilities will involve troubleshooting equipment issues both remotely and on-site at client locations across Austria. You will be responsible for the configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of specialized medical hardware, ensuring that safety and technical inspections (STK and MTK) are scheduled and performed on time. Beyond technical tasks, you will conduct user training sessions and work closely with the sales team to provide optimal customer advice and support business growth. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving and customer interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or degree in the field of Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Experience in the medical-technical field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in field service and customer-facing technical roles
- Proven ability in independent organization and technical troubleshooting

- Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory; willingness to travel for field service appointments throughout Austria; ability to work 30-38.5 hours per week.
