As a Technical Software Trainer, you will act as a driving force in empowering software development teams by elevating their technical knowledge. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting engaging training sessions for WAMAS® development teams and designing modern learning formats, including e-learning modules, quick guides, videos, and podcasts. You will be responsible for developing forward-thinking pedagogical concepts that transform raw information into practical expertise while continuously optimizing training content. Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between complex software engineering and effective knowledge transfer. Required Skills

Education

University degree or higher education in Computer Science, Pedagogy, Didactics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in software development, specifically with Java or Angular/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience in programming and supporting technical teams.
  • Proven experience in the conception and execution of technical training sessions.
  • Experience in creating digital learning content and modern educational formats.
