Job Summary

This role involves the end-to-end electrical development of electromechanical devices and systems at a facility in Bremen. You will be responsible for defining requirements, creating solution principles, and designing concepts that prioritize the reuse of existing components. Day-to-day tasks include selecting standard and purchased parts, coordinating interfaces with PCB development departments, and creating high-level wiring diagrams and system cable specifications. You will also oversee product data management in SAP PLM, manage first-article integration and commissioning, and conduct engineering tests to ensure series production readiness. This position is unique for its interdisciplinary scope, requiring collaboration across various specialist departments to optimize the functionality and operation of electronic and optronic devices.
