Job Summary
As a Master Electrician and Team Lead in Pattensen, you will take on both technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of electronics technicians. Your daily routine involves organizing, coordinating, and supervising maintenance, repair, and servicing work on production systems to ensure maximum availability and minimal downtime. You will be responsible for planning and implementing technical improvements to optimize production processes while coaching and developing your team members. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, and a high-quality equipment package including a company vehicle, phone, and tablet. The role offers a structured work environment with no travel requirements, supported by a competitive salary of €60,000 - €70,000 per year and comprehensive corporate benefits.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a Master (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering and industrial maintenance
- Several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment (e.g., Team or Group Lead)
- Experience in organizing and monitoring maintenance and repair work for production plants
- Proven track record in technical process optimization and team coaching
