Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist in Berlin, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of critical software infrastructure. Your daily activities involve the administration of core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS, alongside managing Microsoft 365 environments such as Entra ID, Teams, and Exchange Online. You will play a key role in planning and executing security updates for Windows servers and configuring MS Office 365 components like SharePoint and Power-BI. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys ITIL-oriented service management and wants to contribute to the strategic migration and evolution of IT systems. The position offers a stable, full-time permanent contract with an initial placement through an agency leading to a quick direct hire option, providing a secure path into a modern technical environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Information Technology (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT systems administration and optimization
- Proven experience with Windows-based infrastructure and core network services
- Practical experience in the implementation and deployment of MS365 and Entra ID components
- Professional experience in Windows Server patch management
- Experience working within ITIL-oriented ticket systems for incidents and changes
