Job Summary
This role involves joining the Digitalization, Administrative Processes, and Organization department at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK Berlin). You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of administrative digitalization projects, focusing on process recording, analysis, and visualization using BPMN. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, developing target-state process recommendations, and creating documentation for new digital workflows. You will work closely with project management to modernize university administration, utilizing tools like HIS-systems and Crystal Reports. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Public Administration, Administrative Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in a relevant field
- Experience in digital transformation projects for administrative processes
- Professional experience in process recording, analysis, and visualization
- Experience in conducting and moderating workshops and training sessions
