This role involves the independent management and execution of construction projects within the housing sector, specifically for the Schleswig-Holstein Student Union. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of building maintenance and modernization, from initial damage assessment and cost estimation to supervising execution and final billing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property inspections, integrating new buildings into existing facility management systems, and handling insurance claims. The position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys organizing their own workflow and collaborating with a diverse team to support 60,000 students. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Proven experience in project leadership and taking responsibility for technical tasks
