Job Summary
As the Regional Manager for the Hessen-Franconia region, you will take full P&L responsibility for five strategic locations, including Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, and Kassel. Your day-to-day involves steering sales performance through KPI analysis, defining regional growth strategies, and providing modern leadership to branch managers and emerging talents. You will act as a bridge between local teams and corporate management, ensuring operational excellence and the implementation of best practices across engineering and IT service sectors. This role is unique for its high degree of decision-making autonomy and the flexibility to be based at any of the regional offices. It offers a powerful platform for an experienced sales professional to drive large-scale business development while benefiting from a performance-based salary structure and a company car for private use.
Required Skills
Education
University degree, ideally in Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience specifically within the Engineering or IT services industry
- Proven track record as a sales professional with strategic implementation expertise
- Extensive experience in managing multiple locations or branches
- Professional experience in managing business results and revenue targets (P&L)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Hessen-Franconia region is required. Must be able to work from one of the regional branch offices (Frankfurt, Gießen, Kassel, Schweinfurt, or Wiesbaden).
