As a Digitalization and AI Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for analyzing, planning, and steering digital transformation across all business units. Your day-to-day activities involve implementing data, AI, and automation solutions while managing digital roadmaps and project controlling. You will act as a critical bridge between IT, network operations, energy sales, and customer service. A significant part of the role includes developing data governance and privacy concepts, monitoring regulatory requirements like BSI-KRITIS, and advising senior management on emerging technologies such as Smart Metering and IoT.
