Job Summary

As a (Senior) Project Manager for Clinical Supply Systems, you will be responsible for mapping external processes within Clinical Supply Management (CSM) IT systems, including master data management and the definition of global processes. Your daily activities involve analyzing complex system incidents, creating User Requirement Specifications, and optimizing cross-departmental workflows to increase efficiency. You will play a critical role in the system lifecycle by managing documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) approvals, and system upgrades. Additionally, you will develop IT solutions for process optimization, visualize KPIs, and conduct system training for global users.
