Job Summary

As an Electromobility Testing Technician, you will be at the forefront of automotive innovation, working on next-generation high-voltage battery systems for prestigious OEMs and suppliers. Your daily responsibilities include the commissioning of high-voltage batteries and measurement technology on test benches, creating specialized test programs based on client specifications, and conducting comprehensive characterization and environmental tests. You will be responsible for the entire data lifecycle—from capture and documentation to detailed analysis. Additionally, you will perform residual bus simulations and troubleshoot errors within the test setup. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and cross-functional communication. The position offers a permanent contract with flexible working hours via a flexitime system, providing a stable yet dynamic environment to sharpen your profile in the rapidly evolving field of electric vehicle development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Technician training (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or a University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the commissioning of high-voltage batteries and measurement technology
  • Proven experience in creating test programs and conducting environmental/characterization tests
  • Experience in measurement data acquisition, documentation, and evaluation
  • Experience in error analysis and troubleshooting within test environments
  • Experience in residual bus simulation for testing operations
