Job Summary

As a Process Development Technician, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and production within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. Your daily responsibilities include preparing essential materials and equipment, measuring and evaluating development samples for disposables using physical and optical instruments, and testing raw materials. You will be responsible for the mechatronic maintenance, setup, and operation of specialized machinery, while actively working to optimize manufacturing processes. A significant portion of the role involves meticulous documentation, creating test plans and reports, and performing statistical evaluations to present results to relevant committees. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA); preferably with further qualification as a Mechanical Engineering Technician, Electrical Engineering Technician, or Chemical Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience working in laboratory environments or with industrial production plants
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of specialized machinery (Sondermaschinen)
  • Experience handling technical documentation and performing basic statistical analysis
  • Proven track record in measuring and evaluating development samples
