Job Summary

As the Maintenance Team Lead for the Sewer Network, you will oversee the operational management of wastewater pumping stations, the vehicle fleet, and waterbody maintenance. Leading a team of approximately 30 employees, you will be responsible for coordinating workflows, ensuring professional development, and managing cost controlling. Your daily tasks involve steering the operations of 160 pumping stations and 67km of pressure lines, analyzing performance metrics for benchmarking, and developing long-term maintenance strategies for infrastructure and equipment. Safety is paramount; you will ensure compliance with accident prevention regulations and conduct safety training.
